With over 20 years of experience, Stark Morrison has been involved in music and the music industry most of his life. At twelve years old, he began writing and recording music on an old 4-track tape recorder. From that day forward, Stark became obsessed with the artistry and industry of music. Continually pursuing knowledge and experience in the industry, Stark has worn many hats throughout his career. Starting as a songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and audio producer, Stark gained experience in studio recording, live audio engineering, and production management.

Starting in 2006, Stark founded a small concert promotion company in his hometown of Montrose, CO. After gaining local press and attention, Stark moved to DFW to pursue his dreams in a larger market. Never intimidated by starting at the bottom of the ladder, in 2007 Stark landed his first position in technical production as a stagehand for Onstage Systems. In 2010, Stark took over as the Production and Operations Manager of Dallas Stage Right, further deepening his expertise in audio and concert production. In four short months, Stark expanded his team from 5 to 60 staff members. By improving operational efficiency, a department that had once struggled to fulfill 2-3 gigs per week was able to handle 7 gigs in any given 24-hour period with ease. Stark continued developing his expertise as the audio production manager for Absolute Entertainment. In 2017, he moved to Seattle, WA, accepting positions as Onsite Production Manager of Lunarflicks and Technical Production Manager of Kelly Co. Returning to Dallas in 2019, Stark continued freelancing as a live audio engineer while partnering with AV company Multimedia Solutions for permanent AV installation. Recognizing the industry’s need for skilled technicians and highly organized pre-production services, Stark founded InvertedEarth Entertainment LLC in Dallas, TX in 2019. Through his leadership and ingenuity, InvertedEarth Entertainment was able to navigate the COVID shutdown in 2020, expanding in a time when live events were scarce. The transient environment created post-COVID created a unique opportunity for IE to grow through innovation and agility in operations and offerings. During the next four years, InvertedEarth Entertainment’s market reach expanded outside of DFW to multiple locations across Texas including Houston, San Antonio, and Austin as well as Atlanta, GA.

Ever anticipating evolving industry and business needs, Stark brought on a strategic partner in Brandi Wells. Together, Stark and Brandi co-founded InvertedEarth Enterprises LLC in 2024. With a shift in focus to true end-to-end event production including talent booking and venue management, InvertedEarth Enterprises is poised to invigorate and transform the entertainment industry.
